Andy is originally from Blairgowrie, Perthshire and has been a professional actor for 25 years. He trained at Dundee College and the Royal Scottish Academy of Music Drama (now the Conservatoire) and has worked extensively in Theatre, TV, Radio and the occasional film predominately in Scotland but also throughout the UK. He is a keen Arab (a Dundee United fan rather than of Middle Eastern descent) & lives in Glasgow with his partner, Kirstin, an artistic director, and their two girls, Frida & Maya.
